Publish form

By default, your app can be accessed only by the users with whom you've shared it. However, as mentioned in the requirement-solution mapping section, the Application Form needs to be made publicly accessible. Zoho Creator enables this using the Publish feature. To publish this form:

1.    Click Settings, as shown below. You will be taken to your app's settings page.


2.    Click Publish under Users and Control:


3.    Select Application Form from the drop own, then click Publish.


4.    Copy the Perma Link that appears in the Published URL pop-up window.
