How do I change the date and time format in my Nonprofit Vertical CRM account?

If you have admin privileges, you can change the date format for another user by selecting a particular user and changing the Country.

To change the date format
  • Click Setup > Personal Settings > Locale Information.
  • In the Locale Information page, click Edit.
  • In the Edit Locale Information page, select date format from Country pick list.
  • Click Save.
  • The changes will be reflected as soon as you select different country (eg. USA or India) from the Country Locale list.
To change the time format
  • Click Setup > Personal Settings > Locale Information.
  • In the Locale Information page, click Edit.
  • In the Edit Locale Information page, select your time zone from the Time Zone pick list.
  • Click Save.
