How can I group records?

In Nonprofit Vertical CRM you can group records by creating a custom list view.

If you want to group records, it means that you will have one field of the same value in all those records. You can specify this as the criteria for forming a custom list view.
  1. Go to the desired [Module], let's say Leads.
  1. Move the mouse pointer over the list view drop down and click the Create View link.
  1. Enter a name and description for the view.
  1. Select the fields to be displayed in the custom list view.
  1. Select the users who can see this view.
  1. In the criteria section, specify the criteria based on which the group has to be formed. Let us say all leads whose lead source contains the word "webinar" would be classified as a group.
  1. Click Save.
Now all these leads would be grouped under the custom list view called "Lead source - webinar". To navigate to this view all you have to do is click the List view drop-down on the [Module] Home page and select it from the drop-down list.
